We pay for all return shipping. So, if you are looking to return an order that is working, please note that we may add a restocking fee on your item. That will help us cover shipping the item back and forth.

• 30 Day Returns accepted on defective equipment 
• 20% Restocking Fee / $15 per Server Technician Fee on all Returns for non defective equipment
• Return Shipping paid by buyer if equipment returned is non defective
• No Returns on Special Order Equipment
