Domestic Shipping Policy

All of our orders are shipped within one business day via FedEx Ground. We want to make sure you get your order in a timely manner, and tested working. All servers require one business day minimum. 

If you require expedited shipping, please contact a sales representative for an accurate quote. We can offer FedEx Express or Overnight for an extra fee. 

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of purchase (unless you purchase on a Friday). If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know.

 

International Shipping

If you are looking to ship internationally, you must contact us for a custom quote. We can ship to Canada and South America via direct invoice only.

 

Damage?

We verify all orders before shipment. In the case of a damaged order, please contact us (preferably with an image) so that we may place a claim with our shipping service. Common issues include an unseated RAID controller. Please make sure that you check for slightly shifted components after receiving your order.
