What does our warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defective parts and components:

Motherboard
CPU/Processors
Memory/RAM Sticks
DIMM/RAM Slots
RAID Controller or Battery
PCIe Risers and NIC Cards
Hard Drives
Power Supplies
Shipping/Cosmetic damage (if damaged in shipping)

We will not cover software or application support that is added after. If you add software or hardware that we do not provide, your warranty is voided. Warranty will also be voided if hardware purchased from another vendor is added. Finally, we are not responsible for any shipment that is freight forwarded or any other form of transport. Our warranty applies to the US only.
