Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition
  • All original components, packaging, and accessories must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Used or Opened Items

Used or opened servers are generally not eligible for a refund. However, these systems may qualify for warranty service or replacement.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover testing, handling, and re-certification costs.


Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the situation, including but not limited to:

  • Product condition
  • Reason for return
  • Warranty or defect-related cases

Our team will provide guidance once your return request is reviewed.


Custom / Build-Your-Own Systems

All custom-configured or build-your-own servers are non-refundable.

These systems may still be eligible for warranty support or replacement if an issue arises.


Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If your server arrives defective or non-functional, it is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA).

  • Must be reported within 10 business days of delivery
  • Eligible for replacement or full refund
  • Our team will assist with troubleshooting and next steps

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may be subject to return conditions and restocking fees.
