Refurbished Dell A11 combo rail kit, the 1U drop-in and stab-in tool-less rail for Dell 14th gen, 15th gen and 16th gen PowerEdge servers that carry rail identifier A11. Dell matches rails to servers by rail identifier, so the A or B code is what has to fit your chassis, not the server name. Sliding rails pull the server out of the rack for service, while static rails fit more rack types but hold the chassis in place.

Compatibility
The A11 is Dell's generic tool-less combo rail: in square-hole and unthreaded round-hole racks the server drops in and slides like a ReadyRails sliding kit; in threaded round-hole racks the inner members stab in like a static kit, and the holes must be 10-32 thread. It is a 4-post rail with no 2-post mount. It supports a CMA or strain relief bar, which has to come off before an inner member does. Browse matching parts for the Dell PowerEdge R650.
When to Choose This
Choose the A11 when one kit has to cover a mixed rack estate: it gives you the service slide in square and round racks and still installs in threaded racks without an adapter. If every rack is square-hole and you want the ReadyRails II latches, the A15 is the alternative on the newer 1U chassis. Fair warning: in a threaded rack the A11 is static, so plan to unrack for service there.
