Refurbished Dell PERC H755 PCIe adapter with 8 GB NV cache, a RAID controller for a PCIe slot in Dell 15th gen PowerEdge servers. The PERC H755 is Dell's mainstream PERC 11 controller, built on the Broadcom SAS3916 RAID-on-chip with 8 GB of battery-protected non-volatile cache and a PCIe 4.0 host link. It is the parity RAID default for PowerEdge local storage from the 15th gen onward.

Compatibility
This is the PCIe adapter H755: it seats in a standard slot and cables to the drive backplane, so it is not interchangeable with the front-mount H755. The adapter supports NVMe, but this platform's backplanes are SAS and SATA, so plan on SAS or SATA drives. The PERC cable is a chassis part and stays with the server. When to Choose This
Choose the H755 adapter when an entry server still has to carry real write traffic: a branch office database, a small VM host, or parity RAID on SSDs.
