Refurbished Dell V8F04 3U LCD front bezel, the keyed bezel with a status display for the Dell 14th gen PowerEdge R940 four-socket server. A Dell front bezel covers the drive bays and, on locking models, keeps hands off hot-swap drives until someone with the key opens it. The R940 is a 3U chassis and takes its own bezel; the 1U and 2U bezels of the same generation do not span it. This is the LCD version: on the 14th gen rack servers Dell builds the status LCD into the bezel rather than the chassis, so the display and its buttons come and go with the bezel. When to Choose This
Choose the LCD bezel when the R940 lives where someone reads status at the rack: the panel shows the service tag, error messages and the system ID without a laptop.
