Refurbished HPE FlexFabric 534FLR-SFP+ dual-port 10GbE, a FlexibleLOM adapter for the FlexibleLOM slot in HPE ProLiant Gen9 and Gen10 servers. FlexibleLOM is HPE's mezzanine LOM format for ProLiant rack servers: the card sits on its own connector, so its ports never cost a PCIe slot. One fits per server, and swapping it later changes port speed or media.

Compatibility
The 534FLR-SFP+ mounts on the FlexibleLOM connector; it will not fit a PCIe riser, and a server holds one FlexibleLOM, so it swaps out the current card. HPE lists it in the server QuickSpecs for the DL360, DL380 and DL560 in both generations and for the DL580 Gen9, where Wake-on-LAN through a FlexibleLOM is not supported. Each 10Gb adapter needs at least 2 GB of system memory. Gen10 Plus servers moved to an OCP 3.0 slot and take no FlexibleLOM card. Optics and DACs are sold separately. When to Choose This
Choose the 534FLR-SFP+ for virtualization hosts on an SFP+ fabric where switch-independent partitioning lets you carve each port into four virtual NICs with set bandwidth. The 562FLR-SFP+ on Intel X710 is the simpler 10GbE choice when you do not need partitioning. On copper, the 533FLR-T is the same 57810S design with RJ45 ports. For 25GbE switches, the 640FLR-SFP28 is the step up.
