Refurbished HPE 547FLR-QSFP dual-port FDR InfiniBand and 40/50GbE, a Mellanox FlexibleLOM adapter for the FlexibleLOM slot in HPE ProLiant servers. FlexibleLOM is HPE's mezzanine LOM format for ProLiant rack servers: the card sits on its own connector, so its ports never cost a PCIe slot. One fits per server, and swapping it later changes port speed or media.

Compatibility
The 547FLR-QSFP seats on the FlexibleLOM connector and takes the server's only FlexibleLOM position; it does not fit a PCIe riser. It does not appear in the FlexibleLOM or InfiniBand lists of the server QuickSpecs we checked, so confirm your server's QuickSpecs names option 879482-B21 before ordering. On the DL580 Gen9, Wake-on-LAN through a FlexibleLOM is not supported. Gen10 Plus servers moved to an OCP 3.0 slot and take no FlexibleLOM card. QSFP cables and optics are sold separately. When to Choose This
Choose the 547FLR-QSFP for an FDR InfiniBand cluster or a 40GbE or 50GbE Ethernet uplink where the switches already run those speeds. The 544+FLR-QSFP is the older ConnectX-3 Pro card at FDR and 40GbE, listed widely in the Gen9 and Gen10 QuickSpecs. If the target is a 25GbE Ethernet leaf, the 640FLR-SFP28 is the simpler and better-documented fit.
