Refurbished HPE 871246-B21, a pair of high performance heatsinks for both processor sockets in HPE DL360 Gen10 servers. HPE ships DL360 Gen10 processors of 130 W and above with the high performance heatsink, and its high performance fan kit replaces the full set of seven fans in the 1U chassis. Heatsink and fans are separate requirements, so a hotter CPU can need one, the other, or both.

Compatibility
HPE ships processors of 130 W and above with this heatsink, along with the lower-wattage 8156, 6128, 5122, 5222 and 8256; below that line the standard heatsink is correct. When to Choose This
Choose the heatsink pair when the fans already meet HPE's rules, typically a 10 NVMe chassis that shipped with seven high performance fans, and the CPUs are moving to 130 W or above. A 4 LFF or 8 SFF chassis taking a 205 W part needs fans too; the combined kit covers both.
