Compatibility
This is an Ice Lake-SP part for LGA 4189 boards only; it does not fit the older LGA 3647 sockets. At 205 W, the 1U Dell PowerEdge R650 takes Dell's T-type heatsink for it, with the fan tier set by Dell's thermal restriction table for your drive layout; the 2U R750 has more headroom. On the HPE ProLiant DL360 and DL380 Gen10 Plus, HPE requires the high-performance heatsink kit P27095-B21 for any processor of 150 W or more.
