Refurbished Intel Xeon Silver 4116, a 12-core, 24-thread processor for LGA 3647 two-socket servers. The Xeon Silver 4100 series is the value tier of Intel's 1st Gen Xeon Scalable (Skylake-SP) family, running six DDR4-2400 memory channels and 48 PCIe 3.0 lanes per CPU. It adds Turbo Boost and Hyper-Threading over Bronze and is built for file, web and light virtualization hosts.

Compatibility
This Skylake-SP part fits LGA 3647 boards only, not the older LGA 2011-3 sockets. The CPU caps memory at DDR4-2400, even with faster DIMMs. The HPE ProLiant DL360 and DL380 Gen10 run it on the standard heatsink.
