Compatibility
This is a 5th Gen Xeon Scalable (Emerald Rapids) part for LGA 4677 boards only; it does not fit LGA 4189 or LGA 3647 sockets, and the system BIOS should be current before the swap. At 150 W it runs on the standard heatsink in the Dell PowerEdge R660, R660xs and R760xs. The xs boards carry 16 DIMM slots, one per channel, so fill all eight channels per CPU for full bandwidth.
