Refurbished Dell PERC H730 Mini Mono with 1 GB NV cache, a RAID controller for the dedicated mini PERC slot in Dell 13th gen PowerEdge servers. The PERC H730 belongs to Dell's PERC 9 family, built on the LSI SAS3108 RAID-on-chip with 1 GB of battery-backed non-volatile cache. It runs write-back RAID 5, 6 and 60 on 12 Gb/s SAS, one step below the 2 GB H730P.

Compatibility
The mini mono board seats in the integrated storage controller slot and cables to the drive backplane, leaving the PCIe slots free; it does not fit a PCIe slot or a blade. Write-back runs only while the battery is present and healthy, so connect it. Backplane SAS cables stay with the chassis. When to Choose This
Choose the H730 Mini for a 13th gen host running RAID 5, 6 or 10 with write-back cache at a modest drive count. The H730P Mini doubles the cache to 2 GB on the same chip and is the one we quote for databases and busy VM stores. In a 14th gen server the H730 works but is a downgrade; take the H730P or H740P there.
